Portland Guide Service was founded in 2021 after the pandemic pushed our family to restructure my career. I had the opportunity to explore my already strong interests in hunting, fishing as well as adventuring on the small islands of Casco Bay. For over 20 years I have been hunting and fishing in Southern Maine and I finally had the time to turn my interests into a new career and lifestyle. I have spent that past three years taking family and friends out around Casco Bay to fish, explore the restaurants, beaches and trails of the islands. I became a registered Maine Guide in the fall of 2021. I completed my requirements for my Captain’s license in 2022. Our boat can accommodate 6 guests for each charter.
